Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Invoicely.live. Written so you can actually understand it.

Last updated: May 2, 2026
By signing up for an account, you agree to these terms. They explain what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

Invoicely.live is an online invoicing service that lets you create and send invoices, manage customers, accept payments via Stripe, and track your billing.

We also offer free standalone tools: an invoice generator, a CV maker, and various templates. These tools are free to use without an account.

2. Your account

To use the full service, you need to create an account. You agree to:

One person or business per account. You may not share your account login with others.

3. Plans & payments

We offer the following plans:

PlanPriceCustomersInvoices/month
Free$0515
Basic$5.75/mo25100
Standard$11.85/mo100200
Plus$24.25/moUnlimitedUnlimited

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. The subscription auto-renews each month until cancelled. Pricing is shown in USD; your card may be charged in your local currency at Stripe's exchange rate.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email.

4. Refunds & cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. After cancellation:

💡 Refund policy: If you're unhappy within 7 days of your first paid charge, email us at support@invoicely.live for a full refund. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Invoicely.live to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

6. Your content

You own all the data you put into Invoicely.live — your invoices, customers, payment records, logos, branding. We don't claim ownership of any of it.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this data only as needed to operate the service. We don't use your content for any other purpose.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload (e.g. you own your logo, or you have permission to use client information).

7. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, outages, and third-party issues (e.g. our hosting provider, Stripe) can cause downtime.

We're not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, but we'll do our best to restore service quickly.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations — in that case, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We can terminate your account if:

On termination, you can export your data for 30 days. After that, all data is permanently deleted.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after the effective date, you've accepted the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation, then by mediation, and finally by the courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
