Give a client a single link to see ALL their invoices and history with you.

What is the portal?

While each invoice has its own public link, the portal link shows a client every invoice you've sent them — paid, unpaid, and total balance. Useful for repeat clients.

Getting a portal link

Sidebar → Customers → click the Portal button on any customer row. The link gets copied to your clipboard.

Format: invoicely.live/portal/{token}/

What clients see in the portal

• List of all their invoices with you
• Total outstanding balance
• Each invoice clickable → opens the individual public page
• Filter by status (all / unpaid / paid)

When to share the portal link

Best for clients you bill repeatedly (monthly retainers, ongoing projects). Add the portal URL to your email signature so they always know how to find their stuff.
