Go to the registration page
Click Sign Up Free in the top right of any page on invoicely.live, or go directly to /registration/.
Fill in your details
You'll need a username, valid email, and a strong password (8+ characters). The email is where login info, invoice copies, and account notifications get sent.
Verify your email
You'll receive a welcome email. Click the verification link to activate your account.
Log in
You'll be redirected to the dashboard automatically. From there, you're ready to set up your business profile.
Set up your business profile
Before sending your first invoice, head to Settings in the sidebar to fill in:
- Business name — appears at the top of every invoice. Use your registered company name or your full name if you're a sole trader.
- Business email — replies from clients go here.
- Phone number — optional, included on PDF.
- Address — your business address, also on the PDF.
- Currency — default currency for new invoices (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, MAD).
- Logo — upload PNG/JPG/SVG (transparent background recommended).
- Tax/VAT number — optional, but required for VAT-registered businesses.
Connect Stripe (optional, for online payments)
If you want clients to pay invoices online by card, connect Stripe. See the Setting up Stripe guide.
You can skip this for now — invoices work fine without Stripe (clients pay by bank transfer, PayPal, etc.).
