Pricing

Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes. No credit card required. Up to 5 customers and 15 invoices/month, no time limit.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Account → Pricing. You stay on your paid plan until the end of the current cycle, then drop to Free. Data stays.

Stripe

Do you take a cut of payments?

No. Stripe charges its standard fee (~2.9% + $0.30) directly to you. Invoicely doesn't add any fee.

Can I use other payment processors?

For online card payments, Stripe is the only built-in integration right now. For other methods (PayPal, bank transfer, Wise), add their details in Settings → Bank Details and clients can pay manually.

Data

Where's my data stored?

In a database hosted by us. Backed up daily.

Can I export everything?

Yes. Settings → Account → Download all my data. See Exporting your data.

Features

Can I invite team members?

Not yet. Currently each account is single-user. Multi-user coming.

Can I use my own domain for the client portal?

Not yet. Coming on Plus plan.

Multi-language invoices?

UI is English. Invoice content (descriptions, notes) supports any language you type. Multi-language UI is on the roadmap.

Account

Forgot password?

Login page → "Lost your password?" → enter email → click the reset link.

Change my email?

Settings → Account → Change Email. You'll need to verify the new address.
