Get paid
Three ways to collect payment, from instant card payments to manual bank transfers.
1. Stripe (online card payments)
Connect Stripe and your clients can pay instantly with one click. They click Pay Now on the invoice → land on Stripe's secure checkout → enter card → done. The invoice automatically marks as paid in your dashboard.
Setup: Setting up Stripe
2. Bank transfer / PayPal / Wise
Add your bank details, IBAN, SWIFT, or PayPal email in Settings → Bank Details. They appear on every invoice PDF, so clients can pay the way they prefer.
When the payment lands in your bank, manually mark the invoice as paid:
- Open the invoice → click Record Payment
- Enter amount, date, and method (Bank transfer / PayPal / Cash / Other)
- Save — invoice flips to "paid" or "partial" depending on amount
3. Manual cheque / cash
Same as bank transfer — record the payment manually when received.
Tracking who hasn't paid
The Dashboard shows your Outstanding KPI — total amount owed across all unpaid invoices. The Invoices page lets you filter by status: Sent, Overdue, Partial, Paid.
For overdue invoices, send a reminder: see Payment reminders.
