Exporting your data

Your data is yours. Take it with you anytime.

Export to CSV

From most list pages (Invoices, Customers, Payments), click Export CSV. Downloads a spreadsheet-ready file you can open in Excel or Google Sheets.

What's in each CSV

• Invoices.csv: #, customer, date, due, total, status, paid amount
• Customers.csv: name, email, company, phone, address
• Payments.csv: invoice #, customer, amount, date, method, reference

Full data backup

For a complete JSON backup of everything (invoices, line items, payments, settings):

• Settings → Account → Download all my data (.zip)

The ZIP contains JSON files for each table plus your uploaded logo.
